HUD Office of Community Planning and Development: The HUD Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) seeks to develop viable communities by promoting integrated approaches that provide decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expand economic opportunities for low and moderate income persons. Ohio Housing Finance Agency. OHFA is an agency of state government that makes affordable housing opportunities available to low- and moderate-income Ohioans, including first time homebuyers, renters, senior citizens and others with special needs.
The Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA) assists communities in their efforts to build stronger, healthier communities throughout the state. Through partnerships with local governments and nonprofit organizations, ODSA provides technical and financial assistance necessary to improve Ohio’s communities.
